By registering on Lagn Bhet (“the Platform”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before creating a profile.

1. Eligibility

You must be of legally marriageable age under applicable Indian law to register on this Platform (21 years for males, 18 years for females, unless otherwise specified by law). By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate.

2. Purpose of the Platform

This Platform is intended solely to help individuals find a life partner for marriage. It is not a dating or casual-introduction service. Any use of the Platform for purposes other than genuine matrimonial intent is prohibited and may result in profile suspension.

3. Profile Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and photographs you upload. Misrepresenting your age, marital status, identity, or any other material fact is a violation of these Terms and may lead to permanent account removal.

4. Member Conduct

  • Do not upload obscene, offensive, or misleading photos/content.
  • Do not harass, threaten, or send inappropriate messages to other members.
  • Do not use the Platform for commercial solicitation, advertising, or matchmaking on behalf of a third-party business without authorisation.
  • Do not attempt to access another member’s account or circumvent the Platform’s security features.

Violation of these conduct rules may result in warning, suspension, or permanent deletion of your profile without refund, at our discretion.

5. Verification

We may verify profiles through OTP confirmation and, where applicable, manual review before a profile becomes visible in search. Verification reduces but does not eliminate the possibility of a member providing false information; members are advised to exercise their own diligence before proceeding with any match.

6. Membership Plans & Payments

Certain features may be offered under paid membership plans. Prices, features, and duration of paid plans will be clearly displayed before purchase. See our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

7. No Guarantee of Match

While we provide tools to search, filter, and connect with other members, we do not guarantee that you will find a suitable match, nor are we responsible for the outcome of any relationship or marriage that results from use of the Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform acts as a facilitator connecting members and is not responsible for the conduct, statements, or actions of any member, on or off the Platform. Members interact with each other at their own risk and are encouraged to verify details independently before proceeding with any relationship.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, is reported by multiple members, or is found to contain fraudulent information, without prior notice.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where the Platform operator is registered.
